Ingredients of BEYOND BEEF Hearty Minestrone
(Serves: 2)
BEYOND BEEF (40 gr)
Potato (1)
Carrot (50 gr)
Broccoli (50 gr)
Canned diced tomato (100 gr)
Galic paste (1 ㎝)
Olive oil (1 tbs)
Cubed Consommé (1/2)
Salt (as needed)
Black Pepper (as needed)
Bay leaf (1)
Water (250 ml)
Instructions
① Cut the potatoes and carrots into small dice, and separate the broccoli into small florets.
② Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic.
Once it becomes fragrant, add the diced potatoes, carrots, and BEYOND BEEF from step 1, and sauté further.
③ Add water to step 2 and bring it to a boil to remove any scum.
④ Once the ingredients are cooked through, add canned diced tomatoes, consommé, and bay leaves, and simmer for 15 minutes.
⑤ Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste, and it’s ready.
